I’ve only properly dabbled in more ‘official’ recipes that I’m more personally proud of but picked up a lot of general know how and preferences that are interesting. I definitely need to broaden my cultural palette though!! I have a few German recipes handed down from my Mom from her Mom and Mom’s Mom mom mom mom… LOL. IDK how far back they go but ya get the idea. :2c
