How long have you been a furry macrophile?

So sad that web barely works now

Curious what Bennie would say, should ask him about it

How long a macrophile? Yeesh. That’s a question.

”In the fandom” I guess that narrows it down to being on the muck and seeing size-stuff there. And then a kind person visited me and shared a lot of analog art that confirmed it. So … 1995/1996 for that.

My first sizey-thoughts and enjoying them… well before I knew what “macrophile” was. That would be like 1988 or so?

The fandom coined and popularized the term “macrophile” – amongst a few others.

I’ve been in the fandom for about 10 years, and have been a macrophile since the start!

But yes, I absolutely had hints of macrophilia much before that.

How’d you choose a big Sergal?

There was a friends group, someone decided it would be fun if everyone tried out having a sergal sona. I’ve grown to love my cheese form!

I’ve been a macrophole since I’m in the fandom actually. It started way before I even knew what a furry or the fandom is, or heck, what a macrophile is.

There were some cartoons I watched as kid and I always loved the scenes where someone grew (un-)proportionally the most fit some reason. Those gave me thoughts during the day while sitting in school how it must feel to randomly get a growth spurt or something.

On the way there, I always had my DS or 3DS with me. Some games, like Mario & Luigi, Bowsers Inside Story and M&L Dream Team also had giant battles. I couldn’t tell why but whenever those battles were about to start, I loved everything about it. Not gonna forget the scene in Dream Team where giant Bowser just ate and ate and ate to outgrow both of the screens. That did… something to me and helped me discover some other kinks of mine I guess but I’m getting distracted here.

Back when Twitter was still a platform you could actually use, my feed was quickly filled with macro listings and so I dug deeper into the rabbit hole. And well, here I am now.

A absolute lover of sizey things but terribly shy to admit it online and anxious to show it around unfortunately

Hmm…I think in any sort of ‘official’ capacity? Since 2014 when I was in high school. I think it was specifically DNA’s Free Lunch comic I saw on deviantArt one time that triggered my full brain chemistry into it. Either that, or my friend SilverAurean and his art. Can’t remember it exactly, but both did me in.

I don’t remember exactly, but I know the time I became a full on furry macrophile was close to the time I finished high school, which was back in 2017. So yeah, nearly 10 years at this point.
