Reyna is a Goddess of Divinity, so that means she often sees when other gods are lacking in their duties. Thus, she decides when someone, or someones lose their god privileges. Of course that power needs to go to someone, so Reyna transfers the power of Gaia and Syndel to Rhea, of the series Slightly Damned. Hopefully, Rhea will use this power well. Wisely, might not be so much.
