I wrote a thing for macro march set in my ‘Maximisation’ universe
a dedicated theater tech guy realises he’s a maximiser while on the job. He is able to get famous but ends up struggling to connect with his old friends and has to find a way to keep them even as he moves into a new celebrity life. Especially the star of the show who thought she’d be on the west end by now who he wants to bring up with him even if the world says that only the maximised can grasp fame.
