Hey VR users! Just wanted to warn you all that Poiyomi’s Discord is currently hacked. Do not download any new shaders from the Poiyomi Github uploaded past 4/12/2026, or any files sent by the owner of the Poiyomi discord!!! Any newly uploaded versions could be hacked, and anything the owner sends over discord could infect your computer.

That’s fucked up. This stuff keeps happening more and more. Usually in the case of NPM packages being compromised the NPM team is pretty good at reacting instantly and removing malicious versions in a matter of minutes. I hope VRChat sets a precedent and shows they are capable and responsible at managing their packaging system VCC at least, but who am I really kidding. This is probably gonna takes ages to get resolved safely…
