I see this question going around social media every now and then, and I always love reading everyone’s responses, so I’m wondering: would you survive your OC? Or perhaps, how do you think an encounter with your OC would go?
In some scenario where you meet one of your OCs, how do you think the encounter would go? Do you imagine they would be towering over you when you met them? Would you get along? Do you think they would bully you if they knew they were your OCs? Would the whole universe explode because it simply cannot contain two of you?

For my ‘sona, Xoddiel, I think the only way we could long-term interact would be if he become my roommate or something. I feel like I’d be fine, just gotta really respect his boundaries if I don’t want hand chomped off. We’re both pretty quiet (for different reasons), but I think that would help us to get along pretty well. I also imagine that once he and his shadow built enough trust with me, he’d eventually start occasionally coming to me for some affection. Yes, this 8’ stubborn beast that could totally shred me like a piece of paper before I could even cry out, would totally come seeking comfort from me. I know all his weak spots after all :3c
If he consciously knew he was my OC, I don’t think he would care that much. He’s doesn’t think much about his past or origins. Honestly, I feel like I’d be way more self conscious about it than he would.
Now, if he was growing or a macro already… Yeah, no way lol Absolutely zero chance I’m surviving him. Or my city for that matter. But I’m sure the evening news would be hot af
I mean, probably annoyed or potentially disgusted, since she has suffered a lot. But she also would be happy to see that me creating her helped me improve myself.
Hmm, I think me and Ahoakia as he is normally would be mostly just okay with each other, he is a chill dude and wants to be helpful, I just don’t know if I can separate myself enough from him to know how much are interests would intersect, so maybe we would be friends, maybe we would just be two polite people being polite at each other.
Once he starts getting big odds go down quickly. If he doesn’t grow into the mega range there’s at least a non-trivial chance I get kept as a plaything (especially since he knows his buttons are mine), but all playthings have a shelf life and at some point, predator instinct will probably kick in.
Also that’s if he stays proper anthro. If it goes Kaiju even at its base height my death will be neither a matter of “if” or “when”, but “how.”
Depends on who:
If Ashirentov: Me and him probably started to get along, but probably will try to stick together, even he will make hyper muscle/sized.
Regera: I’d be tried to not be engaged with her, if I knew who she was or something like that.
Since normal size is somewhat anwsered, let’s focus on if the other was large.
Prototype-1? Probably not. Not even Prototype-1 would by their standards.
I would probably need to see depending on which scenario my larger self is in.

This is where things get a bit troubling. Avoiding damage in the city starts becoming unavoidable & I would probably start to not care for the destruction I’m causing, but still care for life.

Life becomes impossible to care for around this size, give or take 50m. Death would be certain, even if I evacuated. there would be no way for me to escape at this point.

In Most cases survivability would worsen the bigger I got, as I succumb to it, either through takeover, or by just becoming too big & powerful to be infected, instead taking over.

Depends what specific nanite path I take, but at some point I do start converting metal into size. There would be no surviving.
All my critters, furry or otherwise, are somewhat based on myself cause I like putting myself into things, so I think things wouldn’t be that tricky. Especially the kobold and I would be very good pals, talkin bout cooking and nerd shit and learning magic and such. My dnd and ffxiv characters are chill as hell too. We’d prolly just fuck around lol :D
Depends on the character.. Blue would maybe talk for a bit and settle around until he inevitably leaves to adventure around some more.
Other ones could be different. Evelyn is so massive she wouldn’t even notice. Fang as long as he’s in control would rather just be unbothered. So lots of different ways it could go depending on who it is
I find this one pretty fun…I do think as far as encounters go. They’re all full with pieces of me but really. I don’t think either of them kill me. It’s definitely not in their nature to kill and I’m not gonna piss off Skarn to that point either.
Lance is the most like me though in the same vein I can’t imagine us sticking together long. Especially when one of the two of us has magic, no fear of heights, and can fulfill the desire to go get out of here at a whim. Assuming y’know in this theoretical the world’s all fine and full of stuff like that. Also super silly moment that he’s y’know, 3ft. tall. If he knew he was my OC…If I knew I made myself and then put myself through a bunch of stuff…I’d be upset and thus so would he. Wouldn’t do much about it, maybe mess with me a lil. It’s a bit strange to separate myself from these guys though.
Raiden is a very chill guy who I think would be elated to have me as a friend! Though getting to that point is a lil rough. Celebrity stuff. He’s largely not involved with much like size stuff normally so he’s just. A really really cool guy. If I got into a living situation with him, it’d be pretty cool. If he knew he was my OC though…Not a chance. The pure defiance would make him more angry than anything. Though I imagine he wouldn’t hold onto it for long.
Skarn is the more interesting one. A bit of a short temper that he’s learned to control. The largest of the 3, a terrifying encounter but. Depending on circumstances I think he could take a liking to me. Though just as similarly he’s the one would could actually end up messing with me and quite frankly. I don’t know how much I’d like experiencing that as a human person. But I think as long as I treat him nice he lets me stay around and…At a point if I express I’m upset with it he prolly stops. Only problem is I have to spend forever consoling him at that point.
I don’t think he’d register if he knew I made him. Wouldn’t check out in his head after all and even if that were the case…In this scenario he wouldn’t have a reason to care. I mean. He’s capable of leveling a city if he wants what does it matter that I coalesced myself into him cuz I thought Behemoths were awesome?
I could speak on other characters that may be more interesting meets though. I already wrote a lot about…Myself!
Absolutely, this synth is not programmed to attack random defenseless citizens, meeting them would just be on a passing patrol with a wave from the big snake as they continue onwards, working alongside them in the millitary eventually as I’d join if they have growth capable units I could learn to pilot
I would be absolutely transformed into a normal wild alien lizard by Crow. Out of either knowing what I wrote that made him or just out of chaos and just because as a reason. Gotta satisfy his obsession for reptiles and dragons and such somehow
man, it would be really hard for those that have a Macro OC to live with, it does make me feel better having a smaller OC that I could hangout with normally. Though with sky and his vast knowlege it would be pretty great getting massive upgrades to my PC and other stuff i have, though with the technology of size portals and interdimensionall travel, there could be a possibility that i may be brought along to travel where no person as gone before and somehow meet my friends sona’s, which would be interesting to explaining to them that there is a human varient of them that might want to meet them,
Out of my OCs, the only one I would really be in trouble with would be Mika, because she’s a toxic narcissist in addition to being a super-powerful and super-big psychic Mewtwo. Even if I managed to keep from making hir upset shi loves to bully humans who shi senses have the hots for hir enormously jiggly rubber body. >w>
All the others? Very friendly, more or less, although Rykela’s a smidge iffy because I wouldn’t be able to avoid growing bigger if I were in her presence. Everyone does, after all. Shi’s a reality warper who isn’t aware of it, so shi doesn’t mean to, but it’s unavoidable. Don’t think I would complain regardless of the results, though!

Gosh I’ve been thinking about this one for a while, and I’m still not sure how to answer it!
If it was a known fight: 1-on-1, no items, final destination, my human self would absolutely get destroyed and it would not be close, even if Volt was his canon 6’2" starting height.
But if it was more, Volt exists and how would he behave around me, I think we’d get along great! I consider myself generally pretty outgoing and extroverted, and a lot of the aspects from that side of my personality (big, goofy, and teasing but valuing kindness) are present in Volt as well. So I think we’d hang out, push each other to do our best, and play games, sports, or music together.
Honestly, if it were a one-on-one fight? I’d definitely get my irl self’s shit rocked HARD.
If it were a more open, non-fight scenario, though…well, I’d be more worried about other people all over the world than myself, cause he DESPISES tyrants.
