It’s already almost 2 months ago since we selected our community banner. Since then I’ve repeatedly talked about doing a banner vote every once in a while where people can submit not just pictures from our VR meets, but also art and other photography they made or have gotten.
And today is that day, we’re selecting a new banner in the spirit of micro may!
Participating is super easy
All you have to do to submit a picture for the vote is reply with it in this thread before 2026-05-16T22:00:00Z (the end of the week this is posted). After that we enter voting phase. Please only post one submission per reply. The picture can be anything you have the right to use and give to us to use be it art, sketches, photography, vr pictures, etc. GIFS and PNGs/JPGs are allowed. It can be of just yourself or others. The people will decide with their vote! Since it’s micro may, we would love it if you submitted some micro pictures. The dimensions are roughly 500 pixels tall and 1500 pixels wide. Keep in mind the middle of the picture will have text and a search bar covering it.
Voting time
From 2026-05-14T22:00:00Z until 2026-05-17T22:00:00Z voting will be open. We will put out an announcement and in that period anyone can vote for the banner they like best with a poll :3.
Winner prizes
After voting our winner will be selected. The winner will receive a badge saying “Banner Vote Winner” which can be displayed as a title (and which is a badge future winners of this competition will also receive). On top of that they will receive an exclusive cake of explosive growth and cake of rapid shrinking item to use on any character they like.
As a footnote, you might recall we tried to do something similar some time ago but with selecting a mascot. Due to little reception we cancelled it, and we hope this will be more accessible to more people. We will revisit the mascot idea some time in the future so the people who did submit won’t be left in the dust.
